I'm self-taught and began to draw by
reproducing US comics super-heroes. You can recognize, in my
current outputs, my attachment to the dynamic anatomy of my
characters. As for the rest, testosterone being the dominant
hormone in my metabolism, I naturally slid towards female
characters... trying not to fall into caricature. Unfortunately, that's neither an original theme nor a lucrative activity. That's why I vary my work, from vehicles customization to mural paintings. Doing that, I look at my artistic origins, when airbrush became my favourite tool by discovering on vans, cars or bikes Boris Valejo's and Royo's paintings, 20 years ago, as I began to paint. It's too a pleasant way to bring down in the street Art, with a big "A" (even if I consider myself as an artist with a small "a" !), giving colored dreams to our grey concreted lifes ! LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE BLACK AND WHITE ! |
